How long will it take for my e-commerce solution to go live? Typically 48hrs, however, the setup timescale is generally dictated by the client. The most common delay to site creation is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to Web Enterprise by the client.

How much does it cost to have an ecommerce solution? We provide 3 e-commerce options, the most popular is our FREE 'commission based' solution. Your company simply pays a 20% commission charge on sales. This charge is invoiced monthly, which means you only pay, when you sell. We also offer a rental e-commerce solution, where you pay £30 per month but have no commission charges. This is ideal for a site which has a large volume of sales. Finally we have a 'complete purchase' solution, where you pay for the whole package outright and have no rental charge or commission. This option is available for £2,999, please contact us for information on any of the packages.

Can you register my web address for me? Yes, we offer competitive pricing for all domains and hosting, we also offer a price match service on any domain to ensure you get a fair value rate.

Do you offer support on your packages? Yes, we offer free support on all of our hosting and ecommerce packages, with operators available on 24/7 basis.
